The St. Regis Florence
The St. Regis Florence
Modern comfort meets Renaissance-era elegance
Rooms & Suites
The Deluxe Rooms can be booked as a standard room, though we recommend upgrading to one with an Arno River view! These rooms feature either 15th century Florentine, Medici, or Renaissance-themed decor. While they’re all beautiful, our favorites are the Renaissance-style rooms with elegant canopy beds. All rooms are elegantly appointed with Art Deco marble bathrooms, some with combination shower/tub and others with a separate soaking tub.
For a little more space, upgrade from the Deluxe category to a Premium Room. These expansive rooms are emblematic of Florence’s noble history, adorned with chandeliers which illuminate Florentine, Medici, or Renaissance-style antique furniture. Meanwhile, expansive windows enlight the room in natural light. A selection of Arno River Premium Rooms include a step-out balcony where guests can be delighted by the panoramas of the surrounding hills.
These rooms also feature separate bathtub and shower with Acqua di Parma bath amenities.
Regal color motifs and antique furniture reminiscent of Florentine nobility give the 50-square-meter Junior Suites incomparable grandeur. Wall frescos and 15th Century-style artwork communicate the city’s creative history, while large windows allow guests a view of busting Via Montebello or the scenic Arno River and surrounding vineyard covered hills. Each suite boasts a comfortable sitting area or a separate living room furnished with an inviting sofa and work desk, providing plenty of space for out-of-the-office work.
Inside your Grand Deluxe Suite, the engaging living room’s walls are adorned with fresco scenes of Renaissance life. Exceptional reproductions of 16th-century furnishings are complemented by upholstery and linens that have been handmade in renowned Florentine style.
The sitting area features a two- or three-person sofa, while the work desk is ideal for working-from-hotel! A refreshment center completes the comprehensive in-room amenities, and a full guest bathroom is conveniently nearby. The separate bedroom houses one king-size or twin beds, dressed in exclusive cotton sheets, as well as the suite’s other 42-inch LCD flat screen TV. The marble master bathroom comprises a deep-soaking tub, a separate shower, and double vanities.
Bottega Veneta Suite:
The suite, designed by Bottega Veneta Creative Director, Tomas Maier, is a unique and expansive environment created for those who appreciate quiet luxury, unparalleled service and a refined sensibility. The palette of the one-of-a-kind suite is serene and sophisticated, featuring muted neutrals that create a calm, cool effect. Wood flooring is covered with custom-dyed, pure New Zealand wool carpets to highlight signature furniture elements, while furnishing details include intrecciato nappa leather-covered frames and desktop accessories.
The sitting area features a fireplace and a two-or three-person sofa, plus a work desk. An alluring dining area seats eight people for gourmet meals and casual gatherings. The separate bedroom houses one king-size bed, dressed in exclusive cotton sheets, as well as a 42-inch LCD flat screen TV. The marble master bathroom comprises a deep-soaking tub, a separate shower and double vanities.
Interspersed with hand-decorated wooden columns, art and one-of-a-kind antiques, each of the Royal Suite’s 84-square-meters offers enjoyment and intrigue. The splendorous atmosphere draws inspiration from the Court of the Medici, Florence wealthiest and most influential family between the 13th and 17th Centuries. Guests are invited to select between one or two bedroom suites with majestic brocade canopy beds wrapped in 250-thread count, pure cotton St. Regis sheets. The spacious salon overlooking the iconic Arno River has a sitting and working area, and two sumptuous black and white, veined marble bathrooms house deep soaking tubs.
